We have 5 years warranty for our chandeliers, within 5 years if there is any damages caused by transportation or installation, we will send free replacement.

There are three kinds of crystals: K9, Asfour and Swarovski Crystals and their prices also different a lot.
Can I customize my own chandelier?
Yes, we can customize the chandeliers according to your requirements. And drawings will also be provided so that you can check and confirm the designs, sizes and other information.

How is your packing?
Answer: All our product will apply to standard export packing and it will be a little different according to the exact item. Some of our most fragile materials like air blown glass shades, crystal drops, glass tubes, glass panels may need extra protection so we use 7-8KG thick molded foam packing on top with five layers carton, and for some parts we might use inner box to make double protection, and for some large size package or heavy packages we will add wooden crate or wooden box packing or even pallet packing if there is necessary.
